Return & Exchange Policy
At OOR, we are committed to delivering high-quality products carefully prepared to the highest standards. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been completed.
Exceptions
Exceptions apply only in the following cases:
- Receiving an incorrect item that does not match the order
- Receiving a product that is clearly damaged during delivery
In such cases, we kindly ask you to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photo evidence, and we will review the case and take the appropriate action (replacement or compensation).
Important Notes
- Customers must store products properly after receipt; we are not responsible for improper storage.
- Requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the specified period.
- The store management reserves the right to make the final decision based on the order condition.
